Tianjin Binhai New District launches innovative enterprise leader plan

According to the development goals formulated by the plan, by 2023, Tianjin Binhai New Area will have more than 5,500 national high-tech enterprises, 3,500 national science and technology small and medium-sized enterprises, 2,000 young chick enterprises, and 200 gazelle enterprises. The number of leading technology companies and leading cultivation enterprises reached 100, and a total of 10 high-value start-ups were introduced and cultivated. In strategic emerging industries such as artificial intelligence, biomedicine, new energy and new materials, and aerospace, we will solve a number of "life gate" technologies and overcome a number of core key technologies that restrict the development of the industry. By 2023, we will accumulate key new products. 450 items and 300 "killer products", strategic emerging industries accounted for about 50% of the added value, and high-tech (manufacturing) added value accounted for about 30%. Build a batch of national-level major innovation carrier platforms to build Binhai Science City. By 2023, there will be 550 R & D institutions above the municipal level and 10 municipal industrial technology research institutes.
